Continuing your journey, you'll arrive at the breathtaking Cradle Mountain National Park. Upon entering the park, the road winds its way up towards Dove Lake, a jewel nestled amidst the majestic mountains. The mirror-like surface of the lake perfectly reflects the towering peak of Cradle Mountain, creating a postcard-worthy scene. You can choose to embark on the approximately 6-kilometer Dove Lake Circuit, a picturesque loop trail that allows you to immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of the surroundings. During your exploration of Cradle Mountain, we can visit the historic Waldheim Chalet, a mountain retreat that dates back to the early 1900s. Learn about the pioneering settlers, Gustav and Kate Weindorfer, whose passion for this area played a significant role in its establishment as a national park. Depending on the time we depart from Cradle Mountain we  have the option to make a stop at Ashgrove Cheese Factory or other attractions along the way.
